Zohaib and Ezgi took on our job with incredibly late notice- 8 weeks until stamp duty change. They responded to the challenge with determination and care, and were incredibly responsive and patient with all of our questions. They gave good advice on a number of issues which arose along the way and we were able to complete on time. Would definitely recommend to other buyers!

I rarely write reviews, but the exceptional service I received from Robert Dawson at Barnes & Partners has inspired me to share my experience. I recently entrusted Robert with both the sale and purchase of my home, and although I’ve always relied on my trusted solicitors—highly regarded as a reliable firm in Hoddesdon—Robert’s service went above and beyond, completely surpassing all expectations.
Robert truly outshines the competition. If you’re ever recommended a solicitor in Hoddesdon, I strongly urge you to consider Robert instead. He leaves the others in the shade.
I firmly believe in the saying, “You get what you pay for.” My past experiences with cheaper firms offering rock-bottom prices often led to frustrating complications and unexpected costs. Even my usual solicitors, who charge fees similar to Barnes & Partners, have always been slow to respond and nowhere near as proactive as Robert. While Robert may not offer the lowest price, his fees are exceptional value for the outstanding service he delivers.
Robert works tirelessly, always putting his clients first. His efficient and well-organised process keeps you informed at every stage, with regular updates on progress. For the first time ever, I didn’t have to chase a solicitor—Robert was always one step ahead.
From now on, all my business will go to Robert Dawson. My only regret is that I didn’t discover him sooner.
