The process of buying my car was fairly straightforward. The car was well presented and I was immediately offered a test drive without issue.
The deal agreed was a fair one and the completion was as agreed.
The salesperson was polite and accommodating.
The only area for improvement would be at handover where I would have appreciated more details on the features/operation of the car.

Staff are extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and I was never pressured into getting something I wasn't happy with.

I was in the market for an used Audi for about 6 months (trying to find the perfect model, age and mileage). Finally found what I was looking for at Group 1 Audi and contacted them for a test drive.
