I instructed Nick Wright to advise on and prepare a detailed Letter Before Action in a complex property dispute in Liverpool involving significant financial losses. Nick took the time to thoroughly review a large volume of documents and provided accurate, strategic guidance from the outset. His initial assessment alone was an impressive 36 pages, which immediately gave me confidence that I was in very capable hands.

As is well known, many companies ignore inquiries from potential clients.
Fortunately, this is a completely different case.
I sought the Barristerconnect to assist in obtaining permission for appeal.
Before I received a court decision that I considered erroneous and unfair.
I was initially refused permission to appeal and some lawyers also advised me that I would not be able to obtain permission to appeal anyway.
Nevertheless, the a barrister Mr. Cooper did a great job and managed to obtain permission for appeal.
I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Cooper for his excellent work and to Mrs Nastassi Jennings for her assistance and prompt, informative responses.
