Although still looking for a house, being shown around properties by Brad has been incredibly helpful, he continues to take on board our requests and is always wonderfully insightful with his approach, viewing properties as a family with children is always challenging - but he has made us feel welcome and comfortable in our search at every step.

Been house hunting for two years signed on with many agents in local offices all across southern England. Some hardly ever sent us likely properties whereas Batcheller Monkhouse have proved by far the best at regular, relevant communication (some agents sent us the strangest houses labelled “your property match”).
And they also were the most helpful and amenable when it came to arranging viewings, even at short notice.
When I have to finally sell I’ll be going back to them for sure.

Instead of kindly writing me acknowledging the red flags I raised regarding my grandads farm sale. (Ongoing family issues in which my vulnerable grandad is being bullied). Instead of looking into the situation, or writing me, they removed my comments and blocked me. Instead of worrying about the money you can make off a 2 millions farm sale maybe your staff should be trained more in safeguarding of vulnerable people. Disgusting.

We purchased a house through the Battle office and were dealing with Carl. We found them helpful and supportive through what was a complicated and slightly protracted sale that managed to hit the completion date.
