absolute shocking company to deal with
absolute shocking company to deal with, not a single person I dealt with was bothered about the fact the bath wasn't delivered on the day it was meant to, was told it would then be 2 days later only to be told on that day the consignment had gone missing so would need to send out another one. CANCELLED ORDER!!!

Hi Scott,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I’m very sorry for the experience you’ve had - this is not the level of service we strive to provide.
Unfortunately, the courier lost your order after dispatch, which resulted in delays outside of our usual delivery timeframe. It took some time to fully investigate the issue, and I apologise that clearer information wasn’t available sooner.
We arranged a replacement on an express next day service; however, as this was no longer convenient for you, the order was cancelled and a full refund issued.
I completely understand your disappointment, and we’re reviewing this incident with the courier to help improve the service going forward.
Regards,
Brad
