Great price and fast delivery. The courier even bothered to knock a neighbours door and left my shower with the neighbour. A nice change from the current knock drop and run courier tactic.

Exemplary service and customer care
I bought a Kudos shower base and enclosure from Bathroom Supplies Online because they had the best price and stock.
Dealing with the company about stock and delivery was a pleasure as the customer service answered my call and dealt with my enquiries immediately in a friendly and helpful way.
When I installed the enclosure there was a fault which led to the glass breaking. Lindsey, the office manager, liaised with the Kudos and arranged a replacement which was delivered in a day and a half.
This companies customer service is exemplary and I would recommend anybody to buy from them.

Save yourself hassle and go elsewhere. Ordered shower tray online, after over a week I chased up and was told it was only just dispatched. Followed was more chasing up delivery dates coming and going. Eventually cancelled 3 weeks later and ordered elsewhere. Job now delayed almost a month. Only positive was the refund was somewhat prompt.

Good experience overall
I ordered a spare part for my shower but was sent completely the wrong item. I contacted Bathroom Supplies Online and was happy to actually speak to a person, not a bot. They acknowledged their mistake, but had none in stock. They ordered the correct part and it arrived around a week.
I would use again and had they not sent the wrong part originally I would have given 5 stars.

Amazing process, fast delivery, wide range of stock
I broke my toilet seat cover and the toilet I have is so exclusive I couldn’t buy a generic toilet seat to fit. I managed to find the model I wanted but I ordered 3 times on Amazon and they all broken on delivery. Luckily I found this website and ordered, and the delivery was actually with care and finally after 1 month my toilet have a cover again

Clear and easy web site and the best price for what i wanted. Slight delay on delivery of the item that wasn't in stock but i was kept informed and the staff were really helpful. A quality product that was needed because another bathroom furniture supplier was unable to provide the correct loo seat for the supplied toilet as part of the bundle we bought. Bathroom Supplies Online came up trumps. Defo use again.

Very impressed with this company
We bought bath and sink taps from this company. After a lot of internet searching, they were the best price. Very pleased with the service. Our taps arrived within a couple of days. Unfortunately there was some damage to one of them, but they were replaced, without quibble, within a couple of days - great customer service! Would definitely use this company again.
