Customer service is top notch!
My story TLDR:
- bought a battery following reg plate, got it, too big.
- difficult to return due to being a battery, they offered to arrange a collection.
- bought the exact model of the current using battery, arrived quickly, but found it was damaged just before having it fit.
- contacted customer service, and they’re replacing the battery.
Price is also very good and competitive. Would recommend using their website over eBay as sometimes the battery range is in stock but not on eBay.

Always buy batteries from BMS as they have great pricing and warranty.
This time a battery I had bought didn't seem to perform early on.
I raised it with the team and they said to monitor it.
4yrs on it started to fail.

Having owned a campervan for several decades, I’ve needed a number of leisure and engine batteries over the years (most recently last week). BMS is my go-to source. The website is well structured and it is easy to view and compare specs. Prices are reasonable and, even with delivery, compare favourably with local purchase. My new Varta arrived on Monday. I put a smart charger on it this morning prior to fitting it to the vehicle: it reported full charge after about a minute. Battery came by courier and was well packed. Regular progress updates by text message etc.

BMS were very helpful in identifying the right battery for my needs. I thoroughly recommend them.

I had ordered a car battery from this company in the past.
I had no hesitation about ordering one for my wife's car.
I searched on Goggle and could not find the one I wanted at a lower price.
BMS Technologies were able to arrange delivery within two working days. I received a SMS text on the morning of delivery with a two hour time slot. If the time slot is unsuitable, you can click on link provided where you have options to choose from. Like leave with a neighbour. The battery I purchased was very good value and came with a five year warranty.
BMS sell more than car batteries.
Their website is well worth a visit.

The batteries I required were out of stock so I used the email alert to notify me when they came in. This worked well and, after I placed my order, they were delivered quickly. The price was also competitive.
The only problem was that I thought I would be out, so changed the delivery address to next door. This was not passed on to the driver, but luckily I was at home when he called.

Very competitive pricing, items all in stock, easy online ordering great communication. Highly recommend.

A week after ordering I’m still waiting to receive what was supposed to be an overnight delivery through APC Overnight. I’ve texted, emailed, chased. APC seem to have zero urgency. BMS may be a good company but if their delivery agents provide this awful service and BMS can’t get it solved, then BMS isn’t a company I’d recommend.

I got in touch with BMS Technologies as they are a Victron recognised distributor and they said they will price match anybody else. After I created my shopping list, which was in excess of £1500, they didn't need to price match as they gave me a discount for my first order! I got a telephone call to confirm my order and to see if they could change one of the items as it was no longer available but there was an alternative (still Victron) which was more expensive but they honoured the original price. Winner :). They kept me informed about delivery and it arrived exactly when they said it would. Highly recommend BMS Technologies.

After having an issue ordering online I called and spoke to Connor. He could not have been more helpful, battery was pretty much half price of elsewhere and he knew I was on a tight timeline so pushed sane day! Super helpful and could not be happier!
UPDATE! order placed at 11am and barter arrived at 2.30 following day. So impressed with this company!
