Ordered some mobility scooter batteries over festive period as mine have packed in. I asked for advice on which to get on Boxing Day none the less and the gentleman was very helpful, provided me with information, sent them out the same day I ordered , had them arrive a few days later. I emailed to ask when they would come very fast response every time I contacted. My batteries did not have enough Velcro , again emailed and replied very quickly to my enquiry and sent more Velcro out. Absolutely amazing company. The customer service was better than any I’ve ever had, this company was an absolute lifeline I needed my batteries quickly as I’m severely disabled and rely on my scooter to get out of the house. I would recommend this company everytime ! They don’t just sell scooter batteries they sell for other things too .
