Although very helpful and friendly staff and atmosphere, when you have a problem then not so helpful. Cars has gone back 3 times for 2 separate issues, rattle from the engine, mechanic says it’s fine, tried to reject the car they are insisting on a CPR 35 inspection which is only needed when a case goes to court, taking car to dealer for a proper diagnostic, trading standards are involved

Car ended up going back, had both front wheel bearings changed for a second time, gearbox removed and inspected which took 4 weeks in total, had car back seemed to drive fine, now a few weeks later found that all tyres have way over inflated, noise has now returned, found one of the driveshafts are notchy, going to have to pay for it myself as can’t afford to be without a car for weeks, very unhappy customer

Spent a lot of time looking at different cars, then came across BAV motor company. Travelled up to look at the car and was able to test drive myself. Really helpful guys, no pushy sales tactics. After several helpful conversations on the phone about a vehicle and the logistics of visiting (we weren’t local so a few days needed), arrangements were made to visit and take a look. Deposit offered as well as offering to pay the full price to hold the car due to being as certain as we could be based on the advertised details. We were told that wasn’t necessary and if they had any other enquiries they would call so we could place a deposit to hold it. Noticed the car taken off site, guessed for MOT which was promised in preparation for purchase, but called to check only to be told someone had put a deposit down and was looking at it at that very moment. Very unhelpful and rude member of staff, wouldn’t listen, was rude and wouldn’t pass us on to the person we had already arranged the purchase with, he then hung up! Very disappointed, disrespectful and disgusting customer service!

I spent many weeks looking for the replacement car my wife and I wanted. We were fortunate to find the right one at BAV motor co in Pyle Bridgend. The sales staff were very polite and made us feel welcome. There was no sales pressure at all and we took as long as we liked viewing the car we had chosen. They serviced and MOT,d the car for us and even gave 12months AA breakdown cover as part of the deal. I would recommend BAV to anyone looking for a quality car and great customer service.
