Great after-sales service

I received coffee beans that were not roasted on or after the date I placed my order. I wrote to Beanz and they offered to replace them free of charge. That's great service! I look forward to receiving my replacement coffee beans soon.

Re-shipped what USPS lost

I got a few free bags when I bought an espresso machine, but then they got lost by USPS. I reached out to Beanz and even though my bags were free anyway, they had me pick out two other bags and successfully shipped them to me. Never even had to fill out another order or put in payment info etc. Really appreciated them making that right when it wasn't even their fault.

Order was missing 1 of 3 bags ordered

Order was missing 1 of 3 bags ordered
The customer care team member promptly ordered the missing bag and it was delivered within 3 days.
The replacement bag was sent from supplier as ground for espresso rather than whole beans. This is not an issue with Beanz or their customer service. I will order again just not from Mecca
