Love the pink teddy bought for my new grand-daughter. Absolutely superb. Well made and prompt delivery. Good packaging. Thank you

This bear was bought for a friend as a farewell gift and was delivered within 4 days. It is wonderful and she is so happy with it.

Delivery was quick! The bear arrived in a lovely gift bag that was beautifully wrapped and secure. It was a gift for a special someone and they love it! Perfect service. Would 100% recommend to anyone who's looking for a personalised bear to give to a loved one!

This idea is fantastic. The person i sent this too was over the moon with the gift.
I was kept informed every step of the way. Very happy with communication. Also the speed of which my order was completed and dispached, was excellent. The only thing i would perhaps ask is that a note from the sender to the recipient be included, just so they know who sent it.

Absolutely fantastic. Such great, friendly service. Highly recommended

This is the only place I will ever get my teddies from. All super soft and the packaging? Wow! The attention to detail is beautiful. I ordered a cuddly fox and he arrived in an orange gift bag with a big orange bow and a beautiful happy birthday card. The value for money is incredible. I recommend this company to everyone!

Amazing service. I cannot recommended enough!!!!

The choices offered in making the koala were varied and helped to make the gift unique.
Your communication and that of Royal Mail helped me to know exactly where the delivery process was up to. The git was delivered in a very short time and is already loved and treasured by the recipient. If I could have seen an image of what my koala would have looked like with the colours of clothes embroidery and ribbon I chose, on-line, I would have been more confident of the final look. But once delivered I was more than delighted in its look and beautiful presentation.

Speedy delivery. Item quality was great. Personalised hoodie was perfect. Really liked the presentation of the bear. Perfect for a gift.

I am so happy with my granddaughters birthday bear!! It’s beautiful!! First time using this company and won’t be my last!

This company have been amazing! From answering questions before we ordered, to a very speedy delivery after purchase and the final product and standard is excellent. Came beautifully gift wrapped to match the colours we had chosen for jumpers which I didn’t expect. I will highly recommend this company to anyone. Very impressed.

Its not often that you buy something and on delivery, you are delighted because its beyond your expectations. I purchased two bears, one with "Little Brother xxx" on the hoody for a new baby grandson and the other with "Big Sister xxx" on the hoody, for my grandaughter. The arrived 2 days later and are beautiful. The bears are exactly as promised, however they arrived beautifully wrapped and I'm delighted - as indeed is my grandaughter; my baby grandson will, I am sure, love his when he is big enough!

Easy to order and delivered on time. Met all expectations

Bear was super soft! It came beautifully wrapped very please with my purchase

I discovered Bears4U whilst looking for a gift for a bereaved friend. I found the perfect bear. Unfortunately, he was out of stock. I didn't receive their email informing me of this and they were having problems with their landline on the day I tried to call. However, I received an immediate lovely reply to my email and I agreed to purchase the same bear in a slightly smaller size. I was promised that I would not be disappointed. I wasn't.The gorgeous bear arrived next day, beautifully packaged. My friend adores him. Excellent customer service. I will be happy to buy from this Company in future. The option to use Paypal would be appreciated.

Thankyou so so much, what a wonderful experience - Helen was just brilliant - super helpful and efficient and knowledgeable. And as for the little dude that arrived in the post, my daughter is going to be SO happy, the most gorgeous bear (highland cow actually) ;-) Thank you, I'll be back and I'll be talking about you to all my friends!

I got it made for my husband’s bday. It was super cute. The delivery was so fast and the packaging was great. The embriodery was perfect. The whole thing was absolutely adorable! Loved it!

Absolutely gorgeous badger. So lovely wrapped. The fastest delivery too. What a lovely quality soft toy. My dogs destroyed my babys soft badger so we urgently needed another. She takes it everywhere.... It's so soft and well made. Already picked out the lamb for her birthday. So impressed with this company. I have two friends who just had babies and I will be getting cuddlies from there for them!

Excellent, fast service. Good quality gifts. I bought the little grey dog, I love this cute, soft, from birth puppy and have bought it several times, it always goes down well and personalised the parents and children just love it. I highly recommend this company
