Item not received before you requested a review. Does this mean I may have a potential problem of non delivery as you think I should have received the product?

sorry it was a nice item but i didn't not get the inside boxes and i tried to contact customer care and still no response and yet i have received several emails to leave a review. if the matter was resolved or if somebody contacted me then i wouldn't be leaving this low review. sorry

My personal experience wasn't great, items arrived damaged due to a spillage in the box, liquid soap everywhere.

Ordered an item over 2 weeks ago. They had taken my money but delivery of the item was delayed (Tracking was saying "released by customs"). Eventually I had sent 3 seperate emails with no reply and the phone number contact provided was just ringing out. All of this led to me posting a negative review.

However, yesterday (17/07/26) the item eventually arrived. No issues with quality, etc. I would say that customer service needs to be better. Had I received a response to my queries it would have been reassuring.

It seems this company ships orders from Denmark which is likely the cause of delays; due to items being held up in customs. There was no additional tariff to pay with the delivery coming from a EU Country into the UK. Which is not always the case.

Really bad company, placed an order and they dont honour it and they would tend to against their own t&c from their site, wont use them again, they not based in the UK.

Easy site to use ,better prices than other sites took a little bit longer to come than other site, but worth the wait because of the savings

I spoke with someone on the phone regarding my order and she was very courteous and answered all my questions.
Initially the products I ordered were out of stock. Once back in stock, my items arrived safely which I was able to track.

Avoid this company. When ordering it isn't obvious that the goods are coming from abroad and will take time.

When I wanted to return one of the items on the order I had to pay £3.19 for a return label and return it to an address in Manchester. My item arrived there 4 weeks ago and the company has confirmed it was received there but apparently it has to go back to them abroad before my refund can be issued.

All very messy and I wonder how many people actually 'forget' they are due this refund?

All in all a very disappointing expereince and I would never use them again.

Bought a Jo Malone aftershave for a 30th birthday present. It’s beautifully wrapped so I cannot open it but in anticipation- thrilled with the purchase.
A good price and arrived as promised.
Would recommend beautycos and use them again!
