Arrived damaged and wanting me to jump through hoops even though I sent pictures.
Didn’t realise it was outside uk even though website says .co.uk took ages to come with not many updates and when it arrived it was bashed when I opened it some of the products where damaged and had leaked over box. The packaging was very poor just wrapped in brown paper which I’m sure they will say is environmentally friendly but lots of better solutions out there to help protect products in transit. I send picture of products all covered in leakage and some had the brown paper stuck to them so can’t use for presents. Now they want pics of box pics of all the paper etc been 2 weeks of emails. Stay well away from them and buy from uk based company where you can actually speak direct if any problems

We are sorry you feel you had to jump through hoops.
We are based in Denmark which is also stated on our website.
I can see the shipping company has tried to deliver the package 3 times unsuccesfully as you were not home. They deliver it to a parcelshop on October 19th and you pick it up Saturday 21st around noon.
You first contacted us in the late evening 21st where you sent a picture of the products. As our customer service is closed during the weekend we reply you on Monday where we ask you for your order number as well as how much has leaked as we can only see a small amount. You reply that it leaked all over everything which is not what we can see. We reply shortly after that we need pictures of the box the order arrived in as well as what else was in the box (the other products from your order and the brown paper). You reply the 27th and 28th asking for an update and write that you have thrown the box and paper out which makes it more difficult for us to help. We reply the 31st and have not heard back from you since.
On the picture you have sent it only looks like a little bit of shower gel has leaked from one product and is on two other products out of 8 in total and we can therefore only offer a small discount.
I will reply to you email with our offer. I hope we will be able to find a good solution together.

Great website with some quality products at competitive prices. It is not UK website, so takes longer to arrive but I don't find this to be an issue. I am definitely coming back for more.

Great company
I was searching for a hair product that I found on the Beautycos website for the best price.
I made my order which arrived a few days later. I was kept informed through the tracking system all the way.

This person obviously had a bad experience and is angry and I hope it was resolved but I have to say that I had no problem at all. I was kept informed all the way via emails and was able to track my package via GLS delivery services. I ordered on 24 May and have just received it today, 31st May, bearing in mind there was a bank holiday. All good.
