I purchased new GHD Straighteners that have started melting!!!! I emailed the customer services and also sent a message in facebook/messenger but they will not respond. If I do not hear back from them this week I will take further action.

Bought new GHD's for my wife's birthday but they will not switch on properly. Been trying to get in touch via email and phone to their customer services but no answer. Their website is "down for maintenance" and has been for over two weeks now.

Although my invoice was correct the item delivered was wrong and I'm waiting for it to be corrected a week and a half later.

The products are great value for money especially as they are cheaper than retails prices, Beauty Cow m also send out some free samples which is quite nice.

The delivery service is prompt and the Customer Service Team are extremely helpful.

After my below review the product is now received, the customer service was excellent once they finally got in touch, Would have been five star customer service rating if they had a contingency plan for the website being down. This was my first order with this company and given the way they have solved the problem eventually I will actually use them again

Ordered my product 2 weeks ago. Have received two reminders to review Beautycow which is ironic considering I haven't even received my product yet???

Very efficient service.
Very pleased with my product and the added samples.

I'm unsure if the product is 100% authentic as the bottle is different than normal.

After a big discussion over the email. The supervisor helps me a lot and he even organized free next day delivery for me. I am very thankful.

Great price and great service. You’re email updated at every step of the process, from order, despatch to delivery. Delivery is always timely too and you get free samples with your delivery. Would definitely recommend. Much better than some other providers where you hear nothing after ordering and don’t receive your products for 2 weeks. Will be coming back :)
