Beauty Cow have made a very prompt and professional response to my problem. I still don’t have the product which I believe is a fault at Royal Mail but representatives at Beauty cow have given me various options which they have promised to follow up if necessary. They have also compensated me for the inconvenience. I will ammend my review again once I have received and tested the product.

I am a new customer, have used them twice to order some Dermalogica products. Their prices are hard to beat but more importantly their service is excellent. You place your order, it arrives within a few days, job done. I've had some really bad experiences with other companies who take your money then take weeks to send you your order, or keep fobbing you off by telling you you will get it within a few days,only for it not to arrive. It's so nice to find a company you can rely on.
