Ordered on a Thursday using the free delivery (slowest) option and it was delivered Monday - I'm delighted. By far the cheapest online supplier of Dermalogica in the UK, I've used StrawberryNet before but it took ages to arrive and then I had to pay tax on it, which was refunded but all in all a bit of a faff. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beauty Cow.

I was looking through the web for some moroccan oil shampoo and conditioner for my girlfriend and came across beautycow and they had the duo set for almonst £40 which is still a great price the the cheapest I came across so I decided to use them and I'm so glad I did, I left a little note on the delivery request which was honored and the delivery time was amazing didn't think it would b so quick even for standard delivery so thank you, my girlfriend loves the product also.

Beautycow delivered the IQ shampoo and conditioner very quickly. Both products smell great and leave my hair glossy and bouncy. My hair is long and wavey and often looks dull but not with these products. Would recommend.

Placed order that was fine very simple to use online.. Paid extra shipping as I'm now in Australia not UK and was desperate for some straighter and unfortunately one of the packer people signed it off online but didn't send my product.. However once I sent an email after not receiving my product the man was very helpful and alpolgetic and even explain exactly what had happened rather than cover it up.. He also gave me a way spray to compensate for the postage I should image.. These things happen and I was very pleased with how it was dealt with .. My product arrived 3 days from this email of concern of mine and the products great!!

Purchased Dermalogica product which I unfortunately had to return. Three weeks later, no refund. It took a phone call to find out that the box was still on the desk and the refund hadn't been processed. I'm very disappointed and I wiont be risking a purchase with Beauty cow again even if they are one of the cheapest online

Prices are very competitive and delivery is free and very quick. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended.

I ordered the Dermalogica Precleanse and Beauty Cow was the cheapest website I could find and there was no delivery charge!!!! Great website, value for money, speedy service, nice selection of free samples, couldn't be happier, and will definitely be using them again.

I ordered some Dermalogica moisturizer on the 5th March. It was a Mother's Day gift and my mum didn't get it until the 24th March - 9 days after mother's day. It wasn't even shipped until 18th March!

If a product is not in stock, why not just say so and let the customer order it from elsewhere? Nobody even contacted me to tell me why there was a delay or even that there would be a delay. (But I notice the company was super quick to take my money! As soon as I placed the order!)

When I chased this with customer services, [name] said I would be compensated. I was never contacted and never compensated!

This was the first time I've used Beauty Cow. I normally use [external reference] and over the years I have never had a problem with them. I thought I would try Beauty Cow as it was very slightly cheaper. I will be returning to [external reference] as I am appalled at the service I've received. I'd rather pay the extra money and know I can trust the company.
