There was no inspection on the car
There was no inspection on the car. Yesterday I had the car serviced at a Mitsubishi dealer and was advised of front discs and pads will very soon need replacing also fan belts as they are slipping,I am having work done next Thursday. This will cost me £1300.
Colin Smith.

Dear Mr Smith, I'm very sorry to hear that a Mitsubishi dealer has informed you of some work needed to your car. I have checked our records and the vehicle was serviced and inspected prior to sale. Do you have a report that you could forward from the Mitsubishi dealer so that i can investigate with our service team. Thanks, Neil ( sales@beckevans.co.uk)

Great service and a friendly attitude!
A pleasure to buy my Mercedes CLS from Beck Evans! This was made easy as i had to export the car in France; and the sales team prepared all the paperwork promptly and showed a friendly, family kind of approach down to earth!! even a little question about one of the front tyres was dealt with great professionalism and straight away.

First Class
I have bought several cars over the years and had terrible experiences with main dealers, especially Audi and Land Rover.
Beck Evans could not have done more for me. From start to finish everything was smooth , quick and done with care. I was made to feel like i was the most important person on site,, something that is rare these days.
Customer service goes a long way and these guys nailed it.
Can not speak more highly of them.
