My experience with Bed bug experts was 100% positive. After seeing a bed bug in my bedroom, I rang the company in a panic. I spoke to John who was extremely helpful. He sent Gareth round within a couple of hours to treat the problem. Gareth was amazing and calmed me down by explaining the whole process. He is a lovely kind man which is just what you need in these circumstances. The best thing about the treatment is that you don't have to clear out your cupboards and wardrobes and do huge and stressful preparation work beforehand, not to mention the year-long guarantee. After the treatment I was on a high with relief. I can't recommend this company enough. Thank you John and Gareth.

I was so relieved to find this company. They were reassuring, informative, efficient (came the following day) and very reasonably priced. Thank you John and Gareth.

I was getting bitten every night and thought I had bed bugs, in desperation I searched for a solution and came across this company. I sent an email expecting an email reply, maybe tomorrow. Instead I got a phone call from Scotland (I live in London) within an hour of sending my enquiry. Robert very kindly explained that I didn't have bed bugs but fleas, at least I know now what I'm dealing with. He advised me on how I might try solving the problem myself, which I will do and if not luck I would not hesitate to use this company. Who nowadays gives 'free' advise and no pressure to buy from them or use their service, restores my faith in human nature. By the way, I give totally honest reviews and would trust this company 100% and coming from a suspicious cynic, that says a lot :)

Nach ein paar Mails und Anrufen, niemanden erreicht, keine Ware erhalten.
Absolut nicht vertrauenswürdig.

I contacted John as I found a thing near the bed that looked like a bed bug larvae (based on Google search). Sent a pic of it to John who immediately, and without charge, confirmed it to be a carpet beetle larvae (remarkably similar looking to bed bug larvae) and said it was nothing to worry about. Excellent service from a genuine expert. Can't recommend highly enough. If I ever have an actual bed bug problem, I know exactly who to call!

Bed bugs - yuk !!

Nasty little critters that bite at night and vanish. I had tired to get rid of them by various means with ultimately no success. I had been told I would would have to get rid of my furniture and linens on my bed. Oh dear no. Waking up 2 mornings ago I was desperate and searched for help online and by chance came up with this company Bed Bug experts and left a message on their website. Jon called me back within the hour and said Gareth could come by that same morning which he did at the appointed time. He was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable - there are so many myths about these critters. He inspected the whole house and treated both bedrooms. I washed every single piece of bedding and put things in a tumble drier. The room was left closed up for 2 hours after treatment. This company was very good value and offer a 6 month guarantee for 2 rooms and if the whole house is treated a one year guarantee. I slept so well last night - no sign of any bed bugs, no bites. Thank you so much.
