Good wines, great customer service (Malavika) and timely delivery

It's been a while since I've encountered a company that forces me to call to cancel my subscription, and in the process, repeatedly tries to sell my data. This is below all standards!

The consultant I spoke with as lovely, I was going to cancel but due to how knowledgeable and friendly Sam was I decided to keep it for a little longer. Such a pleasure to spoke to a nice and friendly person. Thank you so much

Beers mostly incredibly short dated.

No ID requested for delivery so could easily be ordered underage.

I was very happy in buying coffee off Coffee52. A good experience. Simple process, easy to deal with, and George in customer service, was especially efficient to deal with.

Great company and great beer! Delivery always on time and people very helpful and polite on the phone.

I placed an order through Wowcher for beer 52, it then took me to their own website, which I could place another order for half price which I done for my uncle‘s birthday a month later I find out they have took money out of my account and another lot of beer is on its way I didn’t even sign up to anything I found out I had to tick a box to place the order original order I have been told that a manager for the last week will call me and no one does stay away from beer 52 they rip you off they take your money and they don’t wanna know anything regarding customer care. I spoke to 3 people in customer care they did not want to know they all said a manager will call you. No one does stay away from this company.

George was absolutely fantastic on the phone completely understandable and got straight down to business wasn't any pressure or anything made me feel comfortable, al be looking forward to my next box of alcohol from yous

Samantha was really friendly. She understood my request immediately and processed it without any fuss.
The beers I've had have been great. Looking forward to opening my first case of wine next.

James was really informative, helpful, understanding and a positive person to speak to. Customers would be lucky if James is there to pick up your call.

Christian from customer service was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He got to the bottom of my queries quickly and was very friendly.

Lovely man on the phone, website seems a bit sketchy when it comes to cancelling my order because it seems like you can do it through the website but then all of a sudden as you get through about 3 pop ups you HAVE to phone them.

The wines are excellent, great variety. Customer services always friendly, spoke to James who took care of everything I needed.

Signed up to both their Whiskey and Beer services, primarily to try them out. You get exactly what you signed up to, a monthly collection of either beers and snacks or a nice whiskey. Especially for someone who’s not had much experience with either, it’s an easy and convenient way to get into them.

Only downside of the entire thing is you cannot cancel your subscription through their website, you have to call their helpline to get it done. That being said, their customer service representatives are really nice, and Samantha even managed to drag me along for another month with a really good discount. And if I have to call a helpline to do it, at least it’s nice to talk to an actual person rather than an AI.

Overall, if you know what you’re getting into it’s a good service, fairly priced, and the only downside being it can be a bit annoying to cancel, but if you’re planning to stick with them, then it’s got all you can ask for.
