Ordering was easy and delivery was quick but I was not impressed by my favourite beers having a very short date on them. April 25, delivered mid March 25. I love Augustiner Helles and I am glad I have tasted this perfect beer (for me) elsewhere because the six I got from Beers of Europe did not taste fresh. The email on the web site wasn’t working either or I would have let them know. This was my first order and will be my last, shame because they are cheaper and do have a large selection.

BOE is truly one of the best websites if not the best for European beers. I have ordered a couple of times with them now and the German beers I purchased have all been exceptional.

Always packaged well in a strong reinforced cardboard box and the bottles are clean and fresh looking with excellent best before dates.

Prices are very affordable too and I can treat myself to a box of beers without feeling guilty about the cost.

I placed an order with Beers of Europe via Amazon with clear instructions not to leave the order outside. They delivered my order using DPD. The courier claimed the order was delivered to me in person but provided no signature (only a typed name that was my middle name) and a photo of the parcel outside my front door. I arrived home 8 minutes later to find the box had been carefully cut open and all contents stolen. Despite clear evidence that the parcel was not delivered and the items had been stolen, Beers of Europe was rude and unhelpful and took no accountability despite contacting them several times. I eventually obtained a refund via Amazon after multiple attempts. I would not recommend this customer-unfriendly, unprofessional company and will not use them again.

Great selection of beers (mainly German & Belgian) but my only problem is they use DHL to deliver who are awful, next day delivery can be five days and then no idea of when they are actually being delivered.

I needed to make a change to an order I made and my phone call was answered and immediately altered as requested - sounds simple, but such good service seems to be beyond some other beer sellers.

Generally good but check you order. Mine was one can short.

Not a huge issue I know, but what really bugged me was when I took the time to email them, explaining the situation, after placing a large order, no one even bothered to get back to me……I’ll use them again but not for large orders.

All things good as all your staff are very helpful and very experienced.

After I made an error with my order, I rang BoE who sorted it instantly, enabling the beer to be delivered in time for my son-in-law's birthday - thank you!

Great selection of beers! Prices are reasonable if you are looking for something different. I Purchased from them recently, my shipment left them with DHL courier service and they were a problem in this transaction, delays and non-delivery, But when I called Beers of Europe to investigate they did, Mathew was great and helped me get my beers. Cheers Mathew!

It used to be such a good little site to get world beers. Now they rarely have anything in stock. Very disappointing...

As always, I was very well looked after. I asked Carol for something out of the ordinary, and she came through brilliantly.

Glad to see they got 4 plus points, thought I had been scammed for a moment. Said next day delivery and nothing arrived, ordered 15th for father's day. Not so great ehh but oh well, please just deliver soon as you can, order no 52933

Sent wrong product then asked me to pay for and arrange return

On March 28, 2024, I placed an online order from the Netherlands with the web store "Beers of Europe Ltd". The package never arrived. After several contacts, I received the response that my order had been lost by the carrier. On May 6, 2024, I was finally asked whether I wanted to place the order again or if I wanted my money back. I opted for a refund. Now it is June 6, 2024, and I still have not received my money back. I have emailed several times and received a response that it is taking longer, but I really think this is taking far too long. I read good reviews and did not expect this. It feels like a scam. In short, I recommend that you do not order anything from the store "Beers of Europe Ltd" from abroad.

Thanks Carol excellent service you repeated my order and the few bottles that were out of stock you replaced with something similar, this is a great business, if you are reading this review try their onsite bar!!!!
