A good tent for staying warm at LARP
My friends needed a bell tent for a weekend away, and given it was an open field we decided to go with a 4 metre bell and a stove. So we searched around, and decided on Bell Tent Sussex, who gave a timely delivery, and the tent stood up to quite the storm come August and has satisfied them greatly.

Wonderful company who are very helpful…
Wonderful company who are very helpful and knowledgeable! My first Bell Tent and I had a lot of questions which they were very happy to answer! We LOVE our tent, it’s amazing and has actually made me love camping for the first time in years! Fantastic quality and easy to put up and take down, so much space in the 5m tent for four people!

Amazing company to deal with offering high quality items for the glamping market , we have purchased a bell tent ( about to purchase another ) along with rugs ( 4 of these.. beautiful) matting and other content items .. fast delivery and reasonably priced.

Next day delivery never happened
Next day delivery never happened, box looked as though it had been around for a while and on reflection the price was a little high in comparison to the outdoor centers. However that's my fault for not checking first .

We did dispatch your tent patches the same day via Royal Mail First Class, as requested, but unfortunately, delays can occasionally happen—especially during the busy Christmas season. While delivery times are usually reliable, we completely understand how frustrating this must have been.
Regarding the price, we’re happy to offer a price match in this instance to ensure you feel you’ve received the best value for your purchase. If the condition of the box fell short of your expectations, particularly if it was intended as a gift, we’d be more than happy to replace it with a fresh box.

Battery Life Isn’t Great
The lights themselves seem good but the battery life isn’t great. They wouldn’t last an evening camping.

Regarding the battery life, as mentioned in the instructions, they are designed to last 5–8 hours on a full charge. While they may not have the longest battery life, they can be recharged quickly and conveniently via USB, making them a great option for shorter evening use.

I ordered the 5m Bell Tent with log burner and associated accessories. Ordering was simple and quick and delivery was prompt. I’ve not had chance to pitch yet, but with reference to level of service thus far, all has been first class!

Absolutely amazing customer service - my parcel from Sussex Bell tent when missing in the post, Chris was so kind and helpful and send a replacement for free, despite the fact it wasn’t his fault. Highly recommend

Great customer service, really helpful on the phone and replied so quickly with some questions I once my tent was up, I exchanged some flooring and that was all quick and really simple, all products I bought are great quality.

Beautiful belltent!
Beautiful belltent. Really prompt delivery. Put it up in the garden and there was a storm with thunder and lightening. No leaks 😀
The tripod poles are only a little more work than a central pole.
Everything is good quality. Easy guy ropes and strong pegs.
Bella now dry and packed away ready for a trip to Dorset.
