Amazing service, top quality tent. I took it away with me this weekend and was astonished with the quality of the tent.

I found them very helpful and honest and no faff.

The customer service team were very helpful after experiencing a glitch with my payment, it was very quickly and professionally rectified.

Very stylish and expertly crafted 3m bell tent.
It’s easy to pitch, sturdy, and surprisingly generous on space. The kind of design that quietly makes everything else look overcomplicated.
I’ll be making regular use of it. Probably more than is strictly necessary.

Bell tent arrived damaged and with some sort of corrosion in the pole bag. It appears that the tent may have been damaged in factory or QA checking or was a previous return. When I contacted the team for a replacement, the man on the other end condescendingly told me that I must have done it by accident and that the fabric is flimsy enough that it can easily be damaged in such a way. He then lectured me, who has camped since childhood on how to erect a tent. No sense of company responsibility for delivering goods intact or what good customer service sounds like. They sent out a repair kit quickly enough so now my £800 tent can have a hole in it forever and I can point to it and tell people not to buy from this company.
Having read several reviews, it seems like Andrea might be the only actually helpful person in the company. Maybe the experience depends too heavily on to whom you speak.

Ordered 2 x 7m in the space of a week.
When I ordered the first one I was told they aren’t on next day delivery, they take 2 days because they’re on a pallet due to weight. Absolutely fine.

Ordered it on the Tuesday, by Sunday, when I messaged them it still hadn’t turned up.
Finally got a message to say it would be delivered on the Monday and someone needed to sign for it, as we had already waited on for a day for delivery we weren’t going to be home, I had to set it so I’d pick it up from the hub 40 minutes away.
Wasted a full day and over an hour and a half picking it up.

The second tent was apparently sent out on next day delivery, we’d ordered expecting it to take 2 days because that’s what we’d been told, and it turned up to a festival site where we’re working a day before we got there. The couriers were trying to just leave it outside somewhere, and when I said no told me they didn’t know when they’d be able to re-deliver.
So this time I had to waste 3 hours sending a member of my crew on a mission to go and pick it up.

Delivered on time and product seems to be exactly as described on the website.

Really helpful when I was let down by another company. The quality of the tent is great and communication was spot on. Would recommend.

Ordered the 4 metre bell tent and silver cover, arrived on time,
Didn't realise quite how heavy the box would be but managed to get the box up the stairs,
Separated the poles, guy ropes which made it much easier to carry. Tent is very well made and so easy to put up.
I put it up in the garden to make sure everything was there and in working order. Would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking at getting a bell tent, fabric is very thick and heavy, the sewn in ground sheet is also lovely and thick as are the zips and guy ropes
Very impressed as I have wanted a bell tent for many years,
My son helped me put the tent up but even with arthritis and a partial knee replacement I will be able to put it up by myself

Prompt & efficient, no fuss shopping

Brilliant service. Offered good advice on my purchases and delivered on time. Courier damage rectified with delivery of replacement the very next day. Couldn’t ask for more.

Delay in posting but kept up to date at all times and even a refund offered.

Spoke to a helpful person on the phone just before the Christmas shutdown. Promised a same day dispatch if I ordered promptly and that is exactly what happened, fire bowl delivered next day, fantastic, and what a great product with accessories, a perfect replacement for an old bowl rusted through.
