The nicest staff in the Ashford store
The nicest staff in the Ashford store, Wendy in particular couldn't have been more helpful. She patiently showed me all the sofa beds in the store without even a hint of being irritated or too much trouble. The store didn't have the type of sofa bed I was interested in but I did buy an adjustamatic bed because I felt I could trust Wendy to give me the best advice. Thank you Wendy

The whole experience was easy from me…
The whole experience was easy from me walking into the store,telling the lady what I wanted how much i wanted to spend trying out the beds and then picking and paying then setting up a date for delivery.
Im certainly impressed with the customer service I received.
Delivery was in the time slot,delivery drivers were great.
I love my bed.

From the moment i walked into the store i felt something different . the sales rep (Claire / Lauren ) can't really recollect her name pardon me was professional, helpful and very nice. She also gave me a lot of discount too. The delivery was seamless as well and they offer interest free installment payment

The buying process was great
The buying process was great. Unlike online sellers, I could actually tried out all various type of beds before placing ordered. The salesman was attentive and not pushy at all. His knowledge regarding products and customers needs washing great.
The delivery team were great. I forgot their names otherwise would mention them here. They took off their shoes without asking handled the whole process with care

Then about 20 minutes later he came and found us to make sure we were still ok.

I recently purchased a bed frame, mattress, and sofa bed, and had a great experience throughout the process. Kaylee was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions and guide me through the options to find what suited my needs best.
