Retail Service and follow-on won, delivery let the side down
Great Retail Service in Ayr but nerve-wracking delivery 🚚
1. Day previous to delivery consternation caused by generic message contrary to our specific deconstruction advance payment.
2. Actual day delivery totally mismanaged: customers ready and excited about major new purchase at 7 am as arranged; tracking showed delivery vehicle on Ayrshire coast at 8.15...possibly almost two hours drive away; helpline said not to worry; bed arrived at 9.50.
Excitement to worry then controlled upset was not the gamut of emotions we expected to have on that special occasion.
However, the product and after sales have been tremendous, the bed is wonderful and the staff in Ayr gave exemplary service, as we shall tell Rhiannon and the Manager next time we are in Heath field.

Great choices and value
There was a great range of mattresses and frames to choose from Jocelyn was particularly helpful friendly and patient with great knowledge Eric who also assisted in the final sale was also great There was no pressure we had plenty of time to make our choice and some great offers available too We purchased a lovely ottoman bed with great storage and a very comfortable Igel mattress All the staff seemed very approachable and made us feel comfortable while trying out beds in the store Looking forward to our new bed

A good range of beds and mattresses
A good range of beds and mattresses, Paul salesman in Ayr store was very patient, informative and helpful for us. We intended to return to the store to purchase our mattress but online has an extra % discount which meant we ordered it there. This is unfortunate as wanted to give Paul the sale. Apart from that the process was straightforward and quick.
