The staff were really friendly and helpful. I needed a basic divan and bought exactly what I needed.. The store was very well laid out and I ended up buying a sofa bed as well.

Jocelyn was very attentive and patient with me. She made the process very easy and made me feel comfortable. She gave great advice in bed bases and head boards which helped me find the perfect selection for what I wanted. She was a real star and will definitely recommend the store and herself to friends.

Great service all round.
Had a great experience here. We were asked what we were looking for and guided to a range of suitable beds and left to test them in peace. Delivery was reasonably priced and we got a few freebies after our salesperson did some digging for us. The price we paid was fair and the delivery guys were brilliant. A great experience all round.

The Ayr shop experience top quality
The assistant Jocelyn in the Ayr branch was brilliant she went above and beyond to ensure I got the right bed and mattress and I bought a pillow she made sure I had the right one to meet my needs even gave me a bottle of cold water and put the fan on for me as shop was warm , everything was explained to me in detail , so refreshing to have someone who knew what they were doing and made sure the customer came first

Jocelyn at the Ayr showroom helped us choose a suitable bed. She listened to the fact that it was for a second bedroom and that it wouldn't be used too often so we didn't want to spend a fortune. She was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through what we could have. Very pleased with the result.

First great atmosphere in store, friendly warm, not pushy nor watching you under a microscope.
Staff close enough to ask questions and get answers. New staff (Rhiannon) double checking with experienced staff to clarify
her answers if not 100% sure to our difficult questions. She quickly understood our requirements as explained and guided us to the appropriate products

Fantastic Friendly service
The customer service was fantastic and both the Manager Chris and the sales person Paul were brilliant and let us try out a lot of mattresses and took the time to listen to what we liked and didn’t, we actually didn’t intend on buy that day but they were just so helpful, friendly and not pushy at all, definitely would recommend Benson beds to family and friends

I can not praise you sales representative enough. She was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Providing me with excellent and proportionate guidance and advice so that I was able to buy a bed that met all my needs and one I am very pleased with. Your delivery men were also very courteous and obliging. I would certainly return to your store for any future bed purchases.

Great overall experience
We visited the store and had a browse before being approached by Joselyn who asked how we were getting on and if we knew what we were looking for. Even with our not very good explanation of what we were looking for she showed us a few mattresses and after the second we knew exactly what style we needed to look for! No pushy sales or upselling if anything was very aware of our budget, after going round the store again with more knowledge of what we wanted we ended up settling on the very first mattress joselyn matched us to, her years of experience definitely showed! Overall great experience and when we went to finish the sale great delivery timeline also. We can’t wait for our new mattress☺️
