Staffs very professional

No hassle from assistances, very helpful, without being pushy, clear information. Options given, polite and friendly staff. But sort their heating problem out, it was far too cold in there for the staff!!!

This is my 4th matress from Bensons for Beds. And the service at Beckton Triangle store was very good. Very welcoming team and Ayesha gave us an excellent service. Thank you.

As we were looking at the huge choice of beds available, an assistant came over and she was very helpful in helping us narrow down what we wanted. We were soon able to find exactly the right bed and headboard that we wanted and place an order which was very straightforward. The assistant was very thorough in explaining the process and answered any questions we had. The whole experience was much quicker than I expected and a very positive one.
