Staff were helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.

Good selection of beds and mattresses in store. Great Knowledge of products and advice from Lauren at Blyth showroom. Thought about options and went back next day to place order for bed/matress/bedside tables

Knowledge of staff, quick efficient service. Quick delivery time.

Had what we wanted on show. Knowledgable and helpful staff

Excellent all round, very efficient and friendly. Very knowledgeable and our sale was sorted brilliantly. Thank you

Went to the blyth store and dealt with Ben who walk myself and my wife through everything. Walked in to just have a look and get an idea on what we wanted while renovating our bedroom and walked out with a superking bed with a climate control mattress. Fantastic customer service from Ben and brilliant knowledge of everything

Helpful friendly not pushy pleasant experience

Very helpful staff, guided us then left us to make our own decision. Understanding and patient

The shop assistant who attended to our needs. She was friendly and informative without being pushy.

After initial advice we were left to browse then when needed the salesman was really helpful and very friendly Great customer service would thoroughly recommend

The gentleman was very nice but gave me the impression I was getting stuff cheaper, when in fact when I got home and did my order online the price came out the same.

After searching online for an ottoman bed we wanted to see them in person before committing. We visited Benson For Beds, Blyth and the customer service was exceptional. Ben answered all our questions and gave us a great price for what we were after. No need to visit any other seller, job done !

Great Customer services, good selection of mattresses, delivery date is extended but not expecting any issues.

Davy was so helpful giving us guidance and even his tape measure and then leaving us to browse. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and approachable and we chose a great combination of bed base, mattress and headboard from the wide choice available. It’s so important to support local shops, use it or lose it in this day and age. Yes you can buy online but you really need to lie on a bed first at least m

Friendly and helpful team. Pleasant experience

Davy was amazing first class service , will never go any where else for a mattress .

The shop assistant helped me with everything I needed.
