We bought a bedframe and mattress at the Brislington branch in Bristol. We were helped by Julie who went above and beyond to help us without making us feel pressurised.

Marcus the salesman was extremely helpful and not at all pushy. We purchased a ottoman bed frame, headboard and mattress, he gave us the best advice on everything we needed.

Helpful friendly staff
We went in just to look at mattresses , we were greeted by a lovely female member of staff who offered help but was not at all pushy and left us to try the mattresses in our own time.
She answered our questions and the whole process of buying was made very easy.

Great service all round
Staff in store were really helpful and informative. Ordering process was simple and delivery was much faster than we expected. Delivery was fantastic - thanks to the two chaps who had to carry a king mattress quite a way because they couldn't get the truck along our narrow lane. They were still super cheerful and happy to take it upstairs for us. Great service all round!

We have shopped at Bensons before so that's why we went back. Maureen who attended to us was very helpful without being pushy. She had a bit of a problem on her I pad but got there in the end.
