Sales lady was really friendly and gave us good information. Then the delivery men we good very polite even took there shoes of before coming into the house which goes a long way .

Great Company
The staff in the Bristol store were both helpful and knowledgeable. Bensons for Beds kept us informed on the delivery date and the delivery staff were also helpful and courteous.

Benson for peace of mind
Very professional when in the store and answered all the question that we asked. Delivery was great as the day it was coming wasn't good for us so changed the date to suit us. Had a phone call to say when the will be there and put it in the room where required.

Arranged a delivery date
Arranged a delivery date, had messages giving times of arrival and it turned out it was never coming.
Nobody could tell me why and when asking for a refund they just sent me a message with another date saying “great news, your bed is coming early”. It was 3 weeks late. Wasted a day of my time. I had to do all the chasing and in total took 16 weeks.
I ordered a bed from somewhere else and got it in 5 days
