Was left to have a browse before being approached which is much better than being pounced upon as soon as you walk in. Everything was explained by Gary the salesperson from mattress info to the type of bed I was purchasing. Didn't feel pressured at all great experience !

Two cancelled delivery times with…
Two cancelled delivery times with little notice (two days off work) and when bed was finally delivered it was damaged. Customer service was abysmal. Yes I was offered a goodwill payment of £80 for my inconvenience but I lost far more due to lost work days. Would have given 0 stars if I could.

Was really smooth from start to finish
Was really smooth from start to finish, no pushy sales I actually went away and came back and jo was extremely helpful and professional! He made the whole process really easy and enjoyable! I’ve never been a fan of tempur but after speaking with Jo I done a full 360 and I’ve gone with one! Hats off to Jo he’s an asset to your company!

All set for Wednesday delivery after two weeks but they cancel day before, after 6 Monday to cancel due to shortages. Wonder what they would have charged us for late cancellation! Paid upfront. Do we cancel and request a refund!
