Ali provided great customer service.very pleased

First time buying a mattress from Bensons and the whole experience was good. The shop floor was well laid out and tidy, plenty of staff around to help. We were helped by a chap called Jon who was brilliant, really informative, listened to what we wanted and made suggestions without being to pushy. Had a great deal in the after Xmas sale too.

Great choice of mattresses, professional advice on choosing the best option. Fantastic shop and great customer service.

Helpful staff. Learned a lot about beds and how it pays to pick a good mattress with a lot of pocket springs irrespective of whether it has memory foam or not

Staff were fine; bloody front door kept on opening whenever somebody walked within 10m of it!

Bought our new mattress from Ali at Bensons for Bed she was really nice not pushy at all gave us a lot of information to make us decide what would be the best mattress for us it was so comfortable the one we purchased can’t wait for it to be delivered and have a real comfy night sleep. Thanks very much Ali.

The person I dealt with explained everything about the individual beds features and allowed me to try them before making up my mind.

Excellent customer service, no pressure selling and excellent knowledge of products.

Ali, who served us, was knowledgeable, friendly, polite and patient. She knew her stuff! We went away to think about it for a few days and when we returned, Ali greeted us with a big smile and remembered our preferences. She made a sale! Ali is an asset to your company.
