We had a small issue with our mattress that meant it needed replacing. Customer service and in store were brilliant and the replacement was delivered and the original one removed easily and without any hesitation

Tell people they are entering a contract,when buying a mattress.once they have your money, they will not allow you to get a refund if you are not happy with the item.They will allow a refund, less ,20 percent of your total out lay. You will not get a full refund. Not a nice company to deal with, stay clear.

Good service
Tracy at the Chelmsford branch of Bensons For Beds was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable - explaining the different types of mattresses and getting us to try lots of different beds to find which would best suit our needs. At no point did we feel pressured.
We ordered our chosen bed and it arrived on time.
Would just be nice if there were less extra charges for delivery, assembly, removal etc - some of which we declined. Removal for recycling should be free as manufacturers should be encouraging this.

Came to Bensons because Dreams wanted to take my money but wouldn’t give any delivery info (date, etc). So I walked out.
Great service. Great advice. Delivery on.time, fast, polite, with delivery app working great. Couldn’t praise the delivery men enough.
Love my new mattress.

Outstanding Service from start to finish…
I had an excellent experience with Benson from start to finish.
Communication was clear and professional throughout the process. Everything was handled efficiently and our concerns were were answered honestly by Adam for Benson for beds.
I really appreciated the excellent customer service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
