Overall I am pleased with my new bed
Overall I am pleased with my new bed, but after it was delivered we found a fair bit of damage to our staircase wall and a lot of damage to our banisters, they had chipped the paint off all the way down the large part of the banister, and tore the wallpaper at the bottom of the staircase

Friendly and very helpful staff in store with fast delivery and delivery was seamless. There was a slight problem on delivery, and this was dealt with very quick and efficiently.

Easy from choosing a base and mattress in the Chelmsford store... didn't feel pressurised to buy or to rush choosing what I wanted. The sales person was very helpful and gave us options.
Kept me updated to the date of delivery and the delivery men were equally as polite and friendly. Would definitely use again.

Staff helpful in store. Short delivery times avoided staying in all day. Driver telephoned so say that he would be with me in 40 minutes which he was & within the delivery times given.

Buying a new bed made easy by Bensons for Beds.
Kept up to date re time my bed would arrive.Driver and mate very polite. Unloaded everything to do with the bed into the living room taking boots off at the front door. They then carried everything into the bedroom where the worked for approximately 20 minutes before inviting me inspect and learn about my new bed. They explained everything clearly and made sure I could use the remote to raise the foot of the ottoman bed. They collected every last scrap of packaging and bid me farewell. Overall a really good experience and I will recommend Bensons for beds to friends and family. Thank you.

Knowledgeable but sharp!
Knowledgeable, helpful and patient service. Be careful when offered discounts. Get it clear what you've been offered and make sure it is correct on your invoice. We were disappointed because we thought we were getting around £100 discount but ended up with £12!
