from the moment i left the shop i was kept informed about the process and delivery date of my order, was also informed of my delivery time in plenty time and was phoned by the delivery men when to expect them all in all a very pleasant experience can’t fault anything.

Charmain and colleagues at Craigleith extremely helpful. No high pressure sales techniques or sales drivel as in certain other bed stores. Short lead time and choice of delivery date. Delivery during stated time slot. Assembly service used which was very quick, less than 1 hour from arrival to departure. Would recommend.

Helpful staff in the shop. Left us alone when necessary and provided advice when needed.
We were kept up to date with our delivery status. The delivery men arrived on time and just got stuck in, putting new bed together and removing the old one. Totally professional - thank you
This would have been a five star review if it wasn't for all the faffing around required by the order process eg spend over this amount and get that reduction - buy that and get 50% off something else -buy this and something else is free - must do it by Tuesday (any old Tuesday presumably since there was no date). Just give me a straight price! And don't tell me it is to give the customer a better deal. I compared prices for comparable items over 3 bed shops and - surprise, surprise! -they were all within a whisker of each other.

I bought a bed and mattress from Bensons for Beds at Craigleith, Edinburgh on 23rd April 26. I am very happy with both products and the customer service I received was exceptional. Josh was very helpful to me in the Craigleith, Edinburgh store. When my original plan didn't work out as I thought, he guided me to an alternative which was just as good (if not better). We went to craigleith branch tried a few beds returned after a few days spoke with Josh who was very helpful and put no pressure on us to decide. We did decide, ordered bed arranged delivery, easily. The delivery team was also very pleasant and helpful delivered clean and tidy. Would highly recommend Bensons

Great customer service
In a world where we buy so much on line buying a bed is still one of the exceptions-or should be.
Josh was immediately welcoming, breaking away from his colleagues and coming over to offer assistance. I bought my bed from Bensons 3 years ago and had a great experience ( and a great bed) so when my mum needed a new bed there was only one destination.
Josh was very patient listening to our wish list and picking the appropriate
bases and mattresses to try. We never felt rushed.
