Excellent service from the Dartford store
From the minute I walked through the door of the Dartford store the sales person, Shanice, was so friendly & helpful without being pushy! All the charges were made clear so that I could make an informed decision. I had just had to cancel an order with the bed shop over the road for trying to 'con' me! so this was really refreshing.

We were approached by Karen who asked if we needed any help and what we were looking for. Karen was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of information about the different types of mattresses and services offered then took time to help us make our choice.

The 2 gentlemen that delivered our bed was very chirpy friendly and did a very good job they took care delivering the bed very polite spoke clearly and respected our home I think they should get pay rise or a bonus
