We recently bought a new bed from Bensons for Beds in Dartford, the whole buying experience was smooth and efficient! Once purchased I was kept up to date with my delivery date and a few days before given a 2 hour time slot. The day before delivery I got a call to tell me who my delivery driver would be and to state they would call me half hour before delivery. On the day the bed was delivered and assembled efficiently! The team were polite & friendly! The process was great and I would recommend to anyone wishing to purchase a new bed!

From the moment we entered the store we were greeted with a hello and can i help, at which point i said yes we are looking for a new bed, i was asked was it just mattress, bed frame or headboard I asked for complete bed. our experience started with the all important mattress , we were set up on a model which tracks the softness to hardness of what we would require.

All the staff were very helpful and patient and helped me make excellent choices that suited me.
Zared was especially helpful and would 100% recommend

My partner, son and I went into Bensons for Beds Dartford branch on Saturday evening. Karen was so helpful. She gave us all the information we needed, answered all of our questions and made us feel so welcome. She even made friends with my toddler! We couldn't have asked for better service and made a large purchase on the day purely because of Karen. Had it not been for her great care and service, we would have likely bought online.

The staff were very friendly welcomed me with a smile asked me what sort of mattress I wanted I told them I looked at several tried several and was happy to buy one hoping it will give me a good night sleep fingers crossed

Staff were great! They encouraged me to try the firmness blow up mattress and it helped me figure out what I wanted. They then showed me round the whole store and I got a great deal!

Staff at Benson's Dartford store were extremely helpful in helping us find the right mattress and divan for us. They were patient in taking us through all the options and took time to explain the details regarding delivery and financing. Fully deserving a 5 star review!

When spending a large amount of money on a new mattress we were disappointed to be charged for delivery. Otherwise we received good service.
