Really pleased with Bensons for beds delivery team. We had a phone call to say that they were on their way. They were polite and helpful and left my bedroom spotless. All packaging was removed.... Ver más

Delivery great! Customer services, room for improvement
As my bed was delivered on a Friday, I had to wait for Monday for the team to pick up the email from customer services about the missing parts. It would have been nice to have assembly instructions and a care guide for the bed. This was an expensive purchase and a bit more care could have been taken on the call from the customer service advisor.

I would just like to say a massive thank you to Aman Preet who helped me purchase my bed after being terribly let down by another company at Xmas time.
The installation process was very efficient and had the bed up in no time. Thank you Emilion and Reece.
As for the bed I ordered the Penelope bed frame. I have had the best night's sleep I've had in years.
Absolutely adore my new bed.
