we went to bensons for beds in Grimsby on Saturday 30/12 / 2023
and Martin was very helpful and plight
he explained to us about matterses
being half price as well. so we thought about a matters when we got
home. and we decided to go back on Sunday 31/12/2023 to see if we could
add to our order. and we saw Martin
again and he was very helpful again.
we got a good deal for a headboard
and a matters. thank you very much

We needed to purchase a bed in an emergency and were having difficulty due to the timescales to find a bed. The salesperson was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we managed to fet a mattress in the timescale required. Customer service was excellent.

Greeted politely by salesman Lee who advised us of what we would find beneficial especially as I have back problems. He went over and beyond his brief, explaining everything in great detail. Lee's shift ended while he was with us but he wasnt phased and was happy to complete our sale. We were very happy with our purchase and are hoping it lives up to our expectations. Thank you Lee

The salesman was incredibly professional from the moment we walked in the door. He listened to what we wanted, guided us in the right direction, suggested viable alternatives but most importantly was in no way pushy. Every aspect of the purchase was clearly explained without being patronising. At the end of the purchase we left feeling we got exactly what we needed.
