We came first visited the store we were…
We came first visited the store we were helped by a lovely lady.
We returned and then had to go over everything again!!
They couldn't find our quote and it took ages before if got sorted out.

Service in the shop was great

New mattress
We recently bought a mattress from the Guiseley store and were very impressed with both the excellent service and advice, as well as the impressive range of products available to view and try.
The staff were friendly, patient and very knowledgeable, giving us time to test out as many beds as necessary. We would certainly use them again. A highly recommended store all round.

Olivia was fantastic
Our sales assistant, Olivia, was fantastic. Very easy going and very good explanation of all products. Contacted us when she said she would and carried out our order all the way to the end. She even chased the paperwork a couple of days later when this hadn't been emailed out.
