I got a great bargain on slumberland king size mattress in the sale. The lady that helped me was very friendly and professional, no heavy sales tactics but very helpful.

Extremely Risk Adverse Delivery Service resulting in undue stress and voiding or guarantee
The delivery team were extremely risk averse and very quickly decided they could t take the mattress upstairs unless I signed a disclaimer- the space deficit was minimal and ultimately the mattress was taken up very easily with minimal scrunching for a few seconds - however I had to sign a disclaimer voiding my guarantee - the drivers said “this is how we are trained up “ seems like a ploy to invalidate genuine guarantee - at no time was this potential issue (which actually wasn’t an issue ) mentioned prior to this

Cameron was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient and made my purchase of a new bed less stressful than I had anticipated. He gave suggestions and options to guide my decision, which were much appreciated.

First Class Service
Having bought a mattress from Bensons last year with which we were very pleased we decided to make another purchase of the same mattress and a bed base .
The service by Bensons was first class: the in store staff during the purchase were very helpful and pleasant; the delivery was at the time stated, once again with helpful and pleasant staff.
A small issue~ nothing to do with Benson ~ was that the bed base had casters which moved on the wooden bedroom floor.
Not to be outdone, Alan at Bensons’ store at Hamilton where the purchase was made immediately came to my home with suitable replacement feet and the problem was solved.
He refused to accept anything for this service.
