My bed was meant to be delivered on the 1st of October 2024, got an email saying it will be delayed until 7th of October 2024, didn't think I'll have this problem going into shop and ordering the bed on 19th of September. A bit disappointed as had everything planned and a day off.

Allan made us feel welcome the moment we arrived in-store. We were provided with just enough information that we needed and the. afforded the freedom to browse, answering all our questions when asked. We never felt under any pressure or hard sell. The process of purchasing was hassle free too. Good customer service from start to finish. Thank you.

The salesmen Cameron was a really great experience new product inside out new exactly what we wanted and carried it out with ease and to Allan who helped with the headboard to fit properly because we only had a limited hight to play with so five star rating 100%

Shop ambience and layout, friendly, helpful staff that showed empathy to my wife and I. Took a lot of time and patience to show / demonstrate the different models of mattress, beds and headboards. BIG Al was so helpful encouraging us to ask questions and lay on the beds / mattresses. He also explained in detail the financing options. I am a 72 year old army veteran with PTSD and BIG Al was amazing
