Bought my new bed in store. Staff member was so friendly, informative and very helpful in explaining things to me. Excellent customer service. Could not have asked for a more easy process with no issues at all. Would definitely recommend to others.

Shop ambience and layout, friendly, helpful staff that showed empathy to my wife and I. Took a lot of time and patience to show / demonstrate the different models of mattress, beds and headboards. BIG Al was so helpful encouraging us to ask questions and lay on the beds / mattresses. He also explained in detail the financing options. I am a 72 year old army veteran with PTSD and BIG Al was amazing

Wow factor beds and excellent sales person
Excellent sales person. Cameron from the Hamilton store was extremely helpful and knowledgable from the start. I have a disability and he put me at ease right away. Very relaxed atmosphere in-store and I was impressed with the choice of mattresses suitable for me and by this sales person! I knew I had the right one when I lay on it and it felt amazing enough for me to say wow! The whole experience for me from start to finish had the ‘Wow factor’ and I can really recommend buying your next bed/mattress from Bensons Beds.
