Great team in the harrogate store
Great team in the harrogate store, friendly and helpful. The staff even kept the store open past trading hours to assist us and complete our sale, we didnt feel rushed or pressured, a totally pleasant experience.

The staff were knowledgeable, got to know our preferences and provided us with a range of options. They also actively offered us options to get the best deal. Processing the order was easy, friendly and relaxed.

We found the bed for us. We were very well advised and informed and the buying process was very smooth. Great salesperson, friendly, no pressure on us and clearly knows his stuff.

Ann the lady who helped me choose my new mattress was very kind and helpful. She explained everything to me about each one I tried and what they were made of. Nothing was too much trouble. I am looking forward to it being delivered.

Ann was very helpful. She took the time to establish our needs and gave us a good deal on our order. She was very friendly without being pushy and we didn’t feel pressured into buying anything we didn’t want/need.
