Very helpful , not rushed,

Great staff, very helpful and informative. Not pushy. great choice of beds and mattresses.

Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. No pressure just good advice.

First class guidance in the store. Quick delivery of my order. Delivery men arrived on time from Durham. They were 2 charming lads and did a swift & excellent job despite my flat being on the 7th floor. Unable to get their large vehicle through the entrance to the flats, they managed to carry everything quite a distance without any complaints.

Thank you Shirelle Harrogate for your helpful advice
