I would definitely recommend Bensons beds In Hastings. Wide variety of beds, frames and mattresses, pillows and accessories. Faye was brilliant and helped me source the correct tempure mattress and bed along with a further bed and mattress for my guest room. Friendly, efficient and professional. Definitely worth a visit. Even though there was a problem with the delivery time they was still able to deliver it in the same day. I’ve had really good sleeps with the bed.

Staff were attentive and knowledgeable. Order process was simple. Communicating between ordering and delivery was, if anything, too much. Delivery was well planned and on time. Delivery staff were helpful and careful.

The service I received in store was… absolutely fantastic
The service I received in store was wonderful I was allowed to lay on the mattress for as long as I needed to make sure I was choosing the right one as I have specific needs and making sure I was able to lay on it for a while and feel pain was very important to me.
The delivery of the bed frame and mattress was great. They were very nice and polite and even removed their shoes. They placed the bed nicely in the room so that I was able to put it together easily. I would definitely recommend Bensons for beds. They couldn’t have been more helpful

Which storage bed is best for your needs.
I wanted to buy a new storage bed for my young teenage grandson. Wayne, a sales assistant, was very helpful and pleasant. He showed and explained different models to me and also gave me useful advice regarding a suitable mattress. He also went over repayment schemes that were available if needed.

Lovely staff and atmosphere.
We popped in store after work to enquire on a new mattress.
It was a refreshing change to have a member of staff be helpful.
We tried a few mattresses and different pillows as well.
Staff weren't pushy at all. We felt relaxed and comfortable.
We must have spent over an hour in store chatting about options, making sure we purchased the right items for our needs.
