Helpful in the shop, professional during delivery
We went to the Bensons shop in St Leonards on 27th November, looking for a king size mattress which had different firmness on each half. Dayne was very helpful, showed us what was available, was happy for us to try out the beds for as long as we wanted, and did not pressurize us. We ordered during the sale, so got a decent price. The dual mattress was delivered yesterday within the time window previously given. Earlier in the day, we were sent a link to an app which showed where the delivery van was, and which number was being delivered (we were number 10 of 13). About 30 minutes before arrival, the driver phoned me to confirm they were about to arrive. When they arrived, they carefully unloaded the two halves of the mattress, brought them into the bedroom, unwrapped them and put them on the bed. They had taken off their shoes as they came into the house without asking, which was nice. They asked if we wanted them zipped together, but we said no as we need to rotate them regularly for the first few months. They then took the old matress away, as agreed.

FAB mattress at a very good price !
Me and my partner went to Hastings store and was helped by Chris who was helpful and patient ! We bought a 150cm natural premium wool mattress at a very good price !
Would recommend going there.

Fantastic friendly service
Fantastic friendly service. Martin was professional, helpful and knowledgable. From the moment we walked in we knew we were in safe and trusted hands. Once our requirements were acknowledged Martin guided us to the various mattresses that he thought would suit. Would highly recommend this company and would shop there again

The staff in the store were helpful and patient, and gave us advice when we couldn't decide which mattress to buy. It was very easy to change the delivery date online. Our delivery was on time, and the old mattress was quickly replaced with the new one. We're very pleased with our new mattress.

An overwhelming situation made very easy
Adam made things so easy for us.
My partner and I have always known there is a lot involved in choosing the right bed and mattress combo and it has always put us off going into a store and buying but Adam was clear, patient and willing from start to finish.
If he is there when my son needs a bigger bed in a few years, I know who we will be asking for. Thanks again Adam!
