The delivery driver called me to tell me when they going to arrive and they were on time delivered the mattress to the room I pointed to. Also removed the old one. Great service.

Great service by Paul
We went in and saw Paul who was absolutely amazing and so helpful. We brought a bed for my son which I think price was is really good. The rest of the staff was so friendly as well. Definitely be back to purchase another bed.

Staff very friendly and helpful
Staff very friendly and helpful, only downside was shop was a little messy and made looking for a bed & mattress that little harder. But overall very pleased with the price and service offered. Not delivered yet but hopefully bed will be just as good quality

A product of inferior quality. Failure to inform of the conditions of sale. Lack of Customer support.
On 19 Jan 2025 I bought a Front+Back Sleeper (iGel advance technology) pillow for £79.99. After several days' use it developed a dent where my head rested. I knew I had a year-long warranty, so I took it back to the shop. The shop assistant tried to fluff it up (seriously? it's a memory foam pillow), but the dent stayed as it was - so much for the claim "conforms to your head to support you gently" - it can't possibly if it doesn't bounce back! Now the interesting bit: they offered me to EXCHANGE the pillow (!). Why would I, as it would have had the same fault? But apparently I could exchange it for a DIFFERENT pillow - if that's not an acknowledgement of the faulty product, I don't know what is. I refused, and they directed me to the Customer Service.
I called CS from home and explained the situation: the product is very obviously of an inferior quality, developed a fault after a week's use and will not survive a year's warranty. I sent the pictures which distinctly show wrinkles fanning our from the dent and the outline of it, but it didn't qualify because... the shop (CS called them) denied there WAS anything wrong with the product.
Another interesting bit: apparently, even with a more obvious fault, the shop wouldn't have been able to offer a refund, only an exchange, the fact which had NOT been conveyed to me when I was paying; if it had I would have walked out.
So. A product of inferior quality. Failure to inform of the conditions of sale. Lack of Customer support. If I could give a zero, I would have.

Shopping made easy
We visited the showroom and Paul our sales assistant was very knowledgeable and professional. After several beds were laid upon - a bed was chosen it was a quick and easy purchase.
