Obviously I'll update my review as and when my order arrives .
This review is in relation to Andre at the Huddersfield branch.
I really liked the fancy machine that recommended the type of mattress and Andre was happy to show various options and styles and was friendly and knowledgeable.
The following day I returned to add a headboard and also met Nigel who was also helpful and cheerful.
Hope my aftersales is going to be equally positive. 😊

No disposal despite being told it was included
We were told the old mattress would be taken away. No charge was discussed when placing the order.
Huddersfield store simply not interested and offered to collect it for £50!
If it's not on the order form it's not their problem even though they omitted it in the first place.

I can confirm that our recycling service does come with a charge, and I completely understand how frustrating it must be if this wasn’t explained to you at the time of placing your order. You can find full details about how the service works, along with the pricing, on our website here:

While recycling isn’t automatically included with purchases, it should always be offered and clearly explained in store. I’m sorry if this didn’t happen during your visit to the Huddersfield branch.

Was great to have sales person spend time with you, Mark shared his knowledge on products without being a pushy sales person. After being on the mattress stimulator each mattress from £ to ££££ was shown and tried to establish what worked for us.
A very pleasurable experience would highly recommend.

Was constantly updated with delivery times which was helpful and both Kelvin and Ryan the delivery guys were great. They were both very friendly and conscientious to be careful with the surroundings whilst bringing new mattress in and taking the old away. They were very efficient and can’t recommend enough.
