Great store. Great service
Great atmosphere from the moment you enter the show room to the moment you leave. Martin was a great sales man who knew his stuff! He was able to identify what changes had men made to the igel mattresses over the years and what would be best for our needs. Within seconds of walking in we were approached by Martin to ask what the reason for this visit was. After explaining that I was a returning customer who’s 5 year old mattress had developed a fault, he reassured me that the newer models are less likely to develop the same fault and that I could find comfort in my sleep again. Martin then directed me to the range of mattresses I was interested in purchasing, where with each test came a range of knowledge and information on each one. Once the right one was selected, he done as much as possible to ensure it could work with our lifestyle. We left the store feeling better than when we entered and was not really going to purchase, more of a bourse, but we left feeling confident that Martin had our best interests at heart and helped us find the right mattress

Refund experience
We went to the Loughborough store looking for Mattresses for our new home. The advisor gave us a very good buying experience, everything went smoothly. Due to our personal reason, we need to cancel some items after the purchased, at store those items were removed but I have not received any official email nor phone call regarding when I shall have my refund back. This has greatly discounted the service performance being received so far.

Positive experience
Just spent my first night on my new mattress it was bliss.

Superb salesman and service

Martin is great, in fact all the staff are - advice when you want but you don’t get the hard sell like in dreams for example.

The entire process of visiting the shop, making my purchases and the delivery of mattress couldn't have been better. All the staff have been most agreeable. Added thanks to the delivery gentlemen, who were extremely efficient and organised.

Excellent service
Excellent service. It was so useful to have someone look up what bed I had bought previously so we knew which mattress it was because it is so comfortable my husband wanted the same.
The lady who served us was knowledgeable and didnt rush us.

Very Pleasant Experience
My experience at Bensons For Beds Loughborough was very pleasant. Martin H, the salesperson I dealt with was very helpful (not at all overbearing) & knowledgeable on the mattresses. He allowed us to try the different mattresses in our own time, and encouraged us to put our feet up & lay on the bed to get a real feel for the mattresses. He didn't just match but beat the online price that my Dad had sourced which included the cost of the mattress itself, 4 free pillows & delivery. The entire process was very smooth & I left with a good understanding of what I had paid for & what to expect in the coming weeks before my mattress arrived. I would definitely go back to Bensons For Beds Loughborough.
