Fantastic service and delivery time frame
I was seen by Aereen today at the Bensons store in Salford. I came in with a budget which I now realise was quite low! I was clear about what it was I needed and Aereen did an amazing job at finding me the perfect bed and mattress which was really close to my budget! She was really great in the sense there was no judgement for needing something budget friendly and explained to me how everything would work. Bed is being delivered in a really reasonable time frame too which absolutely shocked me. I cant wait to recieve my new bed and mattress and hopefully finally have a good night's sleep!

We received great service from Mohamed. He took his time to answer all our questions and queries, and gave us the privacy we needed to have a discussion between ourselves before coming back to check on us.
We felt very comfortable with him throughout the whole process, which made our purchase an easy and enjoyable experience. Mohamed was very knowledgeable about all the products and clearly explained all the options available based on our requirements.

The Best!
Benson For Beds have a stunning array of beds to choose from. The bed that was chosen needed to arrive after a certain date and I was happy they could delay the order for me. The staff were friendly and obliged. The bed arrived in pieces and in perfect condition. Outstanding service.

Bensons for Beds at White City Retail Park are a great team. I walked in explaining what I wanted and I was taken straight to the bed. No trying to sell me anything else, no pushy sales patter. Tony was very helpful. Highly recommend this store for its professionalism.
